resources, walk-through process (practicing what to do with admins), format, vision, practicality/reality of tech in ed, and on and on and on. It was great!
A few new strategies and ideas to implement. I also got some great ideas from just networking with fellow participants.
new aproaches
The great resources that are available on the wiki. Great ideas for reaching the administrators of the schools we serve. Thank you.
Bolman & Deal, activities for adminstators
the activities and the discussion
practical strategies for facilitating conversations with administrators
New approaches and ideas, as well as outstanding expertise shared!
ideas on how to reach administrators to influence change
The wall
The active learning pieces and activities. I also like the electronic tools and links that are usable and available "back at the ranch."
Resources to use with administrators
great leadership, super presentation, very engaging
Liked the focus on the leaders!
I especially enjoyed the resources linked to the wiki and the thought-provoking conversations we had today.
Practical tools to take back to districts and use.
What suggestions do you have for improving what we did today?
next steps
Great workshop!
hard to digest all the info and how to start the conversations with administrators. I know that was discussed, but it is hard to wrap my head around it.
none... the content, time, etc. were spot on
We need more time!
This was a great message for administrators - I wish we had more influence over their decisions on how to use technology.
Jump right into an activity!
bring Scott back to talk to our PDO group
?
Include ESU LAN managers in the discussions
Larger audience for the message!
What questions or concerns do you have as you leave today?
Making it work...that's where we need your support...be there when we try this and offer suggestions, thus CASTLE :-)
Courage and creativity in implementation.
that this will not move forward
keep me inspired
None really - I realize that many of the schools we serve are behind and need to understand more about change
my concerns surround my own ability (in terms of personal strengths and talents) to take what I learned and apply it to meaningful, systemic change
I just wish the information you did today could be communicated to the administrators attending the conference tonight and tomorrow. Even if we deliver the same message to them, you are still the "expert from out of town."
Getting administrators as an audience--getting them in the seats (or out of the seats at home) to participate and share a dialog.
Is this best attacked as a K-12 issue or are there specific topics that should be targeted at elementary vs high school
?

Great job!
Thanks!!
Thank you for the great information. Really makes me stop and think about technology and how to reach administrators and others to get them excited about technology.
Thanks for your time - great day
Thanks for taking the long drive to Kearney. We really appreciate it.
Your vision is "dead on" and your data and activities are current, timely and in line with where administrators are and where they need to be. Thanks for your passion and vision!
Thank you Scott, TAG and NDE for a great day! Information was valuable and timely!
GREAT job!
Great day! Am looking forward to your presentations tonight and tomorrow.
